The full lifecycle flow stack was built from scratch across every stage — welcome, browse abandonment, cart and checkout abandonment, post-purchase, and winback. The content matched where they were in the gear ecosystem, not just where they were in the purchase funnel.

Segmentation was built around customer intent and gear category from the start.
